To visualize the relations between patients, demand, and satisfaction, scatterplot charts were plotted (Figures 1-2), where the x-axis represents the demand score and the y-axis represents the satisfaction score. The scatter chart was divided into four quadrants by taking the average satisfaction and demand scores as the boundary (as shown in the orange lines in Figures 1-2).

Any solution or approach to increase demand will depend on current challenges and needs of the community. In some cases, a digital health intervention may be able to help address prioritized immunization demand needs.

We prepared the questionnaire based on the health insurance big data usage experience and data opening demand survey conducted by the National Health Insurance Corporation [19] and based on the questionnaire used in Baek et al’s [20] study titled “Recognition and Use of Cancer Big Data in South Korea.” To ensure the appropriateness of the questionnaire, we recruited 2 university professors and 2 experts from the health care and information and communication domains to review it.

This single-arm pilot study aimed to assess the feasibility of the Involve Me intervention by exploring acceptability, demand (ie, system use), and limited efficacy using a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. The Involve Me intervention was developed to support SDM in the follow-up of patients with chronic health conditions, by being tailored to suit the patient group [35].

However, early observational evidence from Google Search frequency data suggests greater search-based interest in fresh foods during the COVID-19 pandemic [4], which supports shopping behavior data showing a significant increase in fresh fruit and vegetable sales during the early months of the pandemic (although demand is stabilizing) [5]. Moreover, social distancing measures are significantly impacting direct sources of fresh produce, such as farmers’ markets [3].
