Evaluating User Experience and Satisfaction in a Concussion Rehabilitation App: Usability Study
Hutchison et al [19] conducted a study evaluating the feasibility of a mobile app designed to deliver resistance exercises using minimal equipment for individuals recovering from concussions. The app provides an aerobic stimulus by guiding users to achieve a percentage of their age-predicted maximal HR through tailored exercise routines. This innovative tool includes instructional videos to assist users in their rehabilitation process.

Then, participants consumed a fixed liquid meal (Ensure Plus, Abbott Nutrition; 900 kcal in 660 g of fluid: 30% fat, 15% protein, and 55% carbohydrate) from –5 to 0 minutes. To capture GLP-1 and insulin responses to the fixed meal, 2 ml blood samples were drawn at +5, +15, and +30 minutes. Momentary ratings were completed immediately before each blood draw.
