Public Perception of the Brain-Computer Interface Based on a Decade of Data on X: Mixed Methods Study

The Mann-Kendall trend test was applied to identify significant trends in monthly incidence. Temporally weighted analyses were used to identify any changes in users’ discussions and comments regarding BCI technologies over time. To better understand the context of topics within the complex discussion regarding BCI in X, we used the BERTopic tool [28] to conduct a topic modeling analysis.
