A Persuasive mHealth Behavioral Change Intervention for Promoting Physical Activity in the Workplace: Feasibility Randomized Controlled Trial

The design followed the user-centered design (UCD) process [37]. The i GO m Health app allowed users to set goals for PA after breakfast and lunch sessions and enabled them to track their walking performance. The purpose was to motivate employees to increase their daily PA and social interaction among colleagues and others. This study aimed to answer the following research questions: What is the feasibility that the persuasive i GO app will motivate employees to increase their daily walking in the workplace?
