The evaluation attributes included timeliness, stability, completeness, sensitivity, and representativeness (Multimedia Appendix 3). These attributes have been widely used to evaluate infectious disease surveillance performance at the country level [17,18]. For consistency and comparability, we used a quantitative scoring scale from 1 to 3 for each indicator: weak (1), moderate (2), and good (3), from January 1, 2017, to December 31, 2022.

Inclined walking is a challenging daily mobility activity that requires complex adaptation to maintain gait stability compared with level walking [1-3]. Evidence suggests that inclined walking decreases gait stability even in healthy individuals [4,5] and thus poses a higher risk of falling than walking on stairs with a similar inclination [6].

Thus, the aims of our research were to (1) assess the temporal reliability of the NCB tests across a 1-week period and (2) determine the temporal stability of these measures across 3 consecutive administrations in a single day.
Participants were workers recruited through Amazon Mechanical Turk (MTurk) and Prolific, crowdsourcing websites used for research recruitment and testing.
