In addition, Sukeda et al [11,12] conducted domain adaptation for the medical fields on several Japanese LLMs. However, there are no studies specifically examining Japanese LLMs’ medical proficiency in genetic counseling. It is crucial not only to measure the general medical capabilities of LLMs through medical examinations but also to have experts evaluate LLMs in specialized tasks within the medical field.
