Commercially available infrared cameras with Wi-Fi and 3 D-printed goggles can be used for web-based medical care by dizziness specialists and physicians in emergency medicine.
Despite its promising utility, this study has several limitations. First, the findings are based on a single case, which limits the generalizability of the results. Second, the low resolution of the mini-infrared camera made it difficult to analyze the torsional components of nystagmus due to unclear iris patterns.

Dizziness and vertigo are common symptoms experienced by people of all ages, with lifetime prevalence estimates of 17%-30% for dizziness and 3%-10% for vertigo [1]. Dizziness and vertigo can be caused by various factors, including peripheral vestibular disorders, central disorders, circulatory dysfunction, headache-related vertigo, and psychogenic vertigo, which transcend the framework of medical departments.
