AD and related dementias (ADRD) are increasingly prevalent health issues all over the world [2]. The responsibility of caring for people living with ADRD falls primarily on the unpaid informal caregivers, typically the family members and friends of the people living with ADRD [3,4]. These informal caregivers face a wide range of physical, emotional, and financial challenges that can cause significant stress and negatively affect their health and well-being [5].
