Further, we created a novel sleep telehealth platform that includes a native mobile app and integrated commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) sleep tracker [12]. The objective of this study was to describe patient engagement and provider perceived effectiveness of a 10-day remote monitoring assessment in a pilot study. The purpose of the remote monitoring assessment was to provide evidence-based sleep treatment recommendations to patients and providers.

A total of 160 participants will be recruited to accommodate specific aims 1 to 3. A power analysis was not conducted for exploratory specific aim 4. Given that this is the first attempt at building a socioecological model of sleep, limited information is available to specify sample size parameters.
