Tailoring HIV Care for Black Populations: A Pilot Feasibility Prospective Cohort Study

When available, CHWs also attended case manager (CM) meetings when their patients were being discussed. At these meetings, CHWs helped to inform the health care team of areas of concern and contribute to the development of intervention plans, inclusive of the information CHWs learned through interacting with their patients.
