Mild adverse events included dizziness [26], fatigue [26,52], and dry eyes [26], with the most frequently cited being physical issues such as pain [41,51,52,57] and falls [28,41,52,58]. A study by Snoek et al [53], which delivered cardiac telerehabilitation asynchronously to 65 older patients, reported 3 serious adverse events over the intervention period, including vestibular disorder, vasovagal collapse, and knee injury during gardening that required surgery.
