For some APIs that allowed them, we also included a system prompt [59] to convey a public health analyst role to the LLM (Textbox 2). Such a system prompt may reduce the chance that the LLM will respond with helpful advice (such as telling the user to seek medical attention), respond with disclaimers, or refuse to answer the query.
System prompt: “You are a health analyst for a Department of Public Health.

Focus groups were conducted in this cross-sectional qualitative study to gather information on a digitally delivered National DPP lifestyle change program for rural living residents by distance learning, where Extension personnel delivered live sessions over Zoom or online, asynchronously by a university research staff member via a private Facebook group (NCT 05387434). A comparison of intervention components in the pilot trial is provided in Table 1.

This transfer-learning approach, where a model is pretrained on a large dataset and subsequently fine-tuned for a specific task, is a well-established strategy in medical imaging and has demonstrated substantial efficacy.

Therefore, providing a precise and detailed description of data through metadata when merging heterogeneous sources enables a valid and meaningful integration aimed at ensuring traceable reuse. Metadata assists researchers and users in searching, categorizing, and interpreting data from a data warehouse. In addition, metadata ensures data consistency and facilitates data management [8,9].

The ASK study was a pragmatic cluster-randomized trial with the primary aim of evaluating the effectiveness of a personalized PRO-based report containing estimates of likely outcomes of surgery if elected to treat advanced hip and knee osteoarthritis (Clinical Trials.gov identifier: NCT03102580). A copy of the ASK report is in Multimedia Appendix 1.

Once participants understood a prompt, they were given at least 20 minutes to write. After a short break, they were asked to read what they wrote with a spirit of wonder and curiosity as though they were reading a good friend’s writing. They could use the Zoom mute button to read their writing aloud to themselves if they chose. The intent was not to fix, edit, or alter their writing but simply to absorb what they wrote.

HRV is a small, nonenveloped virus belonging to the Picornaviridae family and the Enterovirus genus. It has a positive-strand RNA genome of approximately 7.2 kb [1,2]. The viral genome is translated into a single polyprotein, which undergoes proteolytic processing to generate 11 distinct viral proteins (Figure 1 A). The HRV capsid is composed of 4 viral proteins (VPs): VP1, VP2, VP3, and VP4 (Figure 1 B).

Beyond radiomics analysis, we evaluated Chat GPT-4 as a tool for distinguishing normal from abnormal cases based on imaging findings. We aimed to demonstrate its capability as a supportive tool in clinical settings. Such a tool could significantly reduce the workload of radiologists by efficiently filtering out normal cases, allowing them to focus their expertise on more complex and abnormal cases.

Previous needs assessments [12-14] have identified the need for virtual self-management interventions incorporating peer support and for standards of technology delivery and guidance for effective virtual communications in a group setting [20,21].
Our aim is to conduct a pilot multicenter randomized controlled trial (RCT) to evaluate the feasibility and preliminary effectiveness of a virtual group-based SMP for adolescents with JIA in comparison to a waitlist control group.

Another study found that SM young adults who were raised in highly stigmatizing environments demonstrated a blunted cortisol response to a social stressor [12].
In addition to limited studies linking minority stress processes to individual markers of stress physiology, research has revealed that SMs, compared to heterosexuals, demonstrate different stress physiology patterns. For example, Juster et al [13] showed that SM men had a lower allostatic load (AL) than heterosexual men.
