We found that nearly half of the records (n=75, 48.1%) had some sort of marijuana diagnosis listed on their problem list prior to the SDE encounter; this diagnosis sometimes preceded the implementation of the hospital-wide SDE or could have been entered by a different clinician or at a different clinic.
