Interestingly, Hernandez et al [31] conducted a similar study that analyzed the perspectives of individuals with mood disorders and HCPs while developing a neurocognitive training program. Similar themes were identified, including the importance of an immersive aspect of a VR program, and contextualizing training in real-world scenarios to promote transfer [31]. Subsequently, Hernandez et al [31] modified their prototype to reflect the feedback gathered and the treatment needs of their user groups.
