The primary outcome was usability (Table 3 and Table 4) and satisfaction with the Phoenix program, with secondary outcomes of positive self-beliefs (measured by the Ox Pos) and psychological well-being (a full description of this cohort study was provided by Freeman et al [27]). The same usability questionnaire administered during user testing in the develop phase was also used with patients in the case series.
