Understanding the Acceptance of an eHealth Technology in the Early Stages of Development: An End-User Walkthrough Approach and Two Case Studies

In this article, we present a method that can explore a wide range of previously unknown factors that may affect end-user acceptance of an e Health technology in the early stages of the development process: the e Health End-user Walkthrough (EEW). Applying the method, we posit, results in actionable results, as it can deliver redesign advice targeted at specific features or steps in the service model.
