The Mind Spot Clinic is a digital psychology service funded by the Australian Department of Health to provide remotely delivered psychological assessment and treatments to Australian adults [15]. Australian residents aged 18 years or older were eligible for Mind Spot services. To be eligible for inclusion in this study, patients had to (1) complete the TYDQ during the initial assessment (note that this was optional) and (2) complete at least 1 lesson of a digital 8-week treatment for depression and anxiety.
