The Applications of Large Language Models in Mental Health: Scoping Review

The Applications of Large Language Models in Mental Health: Scoping Review

However, to enhance the reproducibility of the search process, we have added more detailed query strings. As for databases used, we excluded the Google Scholar database from our search strategy for two reasons: (1) the other 4 English language databases we selected already included the relevant articles and (2) it is not feasible to accurately count the specific number of articles retrieved from the Google Scholar database. Instead, we used official academic databases for the article search.

25 Years of Electronic Health Record Implementation Processes: Scoping Review

25 Years of Electronic Health Record Implementation Processes: Scoping Review

We discussed EHRs in terms of the process of implementation, as defined by Bouwman et al [29]. This scoping review examined the EHR implementation process over the past 25 years. The paper presented a qualitative thematic analysis of 90 relevant academic papers describing the EHR implementation process. Our review of 25 years’ worth of EHR implementation processes ultimately offers some advice and hope for more effective EHR implementations and those policies that support them.

Developing a Cost-Effective Surgical Scheduling System Applying Lean Thinking and Toyota’s Methods for Surgery-Related Big Data for Improved Data Use in Hospitals: User-Centered Design Approach

Developing a Cost-Effective Surgical Scheduling System Applying Lean Thinking and Toyota’s Methods for Surgery-Related Big Data for Improved Data Use in Hospitals: User-Centered Design Approach

To draw a VSM, we asked the OR nurses to identify and draw all the steps related to surgery scheduling in an ordinary scheduling process. Since value is defined by users [4], we take a nurse-centered view and preserve the valuable parts of the ordinary scheduling process to formulate the VSM of the current process (Figure 1). User-centered value stream map before improvement with the time spent on each action. s: seconds.

Consensus on the Terms and Procedures for Planning and Reporting a Usability Evaluation of Health-Related Digital Solutions: Delphi Study and a Resulting Checklist

When usability evaluation is part of the development process of digital solutions, these are more likely to allow an interaction that is intuitive, efficient, memorable, effective, and pleasant, which is key for user acceptance and digital solutions dissemination [4]. Poor usability impacts the quality of digital solutions and undermines the objective of ensuring that it is suitable for their users [5].

Patient Recruitment Into a Multicenter Clinical Cohort Linking Electronic Health Records From 5 Health Systems: Cross-sectional Analysis

Patient Recruitment Into a Multicenter Clinical Cohort Linking Electronic Health Records From 5 Health Systems: Cross-sectional Analysis

In this paper, we describe the enrollment process and then compare 4 different recruitment strategies: (1) in-person recruitment by study staff from clinical sites, (2) US postal mail recruitment letters, (3) secure email, and (4) direct EHR recruitment through secure patient web portals. The objective of this paper was to describe the steps and efficiency of the recruitment process and participant characteristics by strategy.

MotivATE: A Pretreatment Web-Based Program to Improve Attendance at UK Outpatient Services Among Adults With Eating Disorders

We started with a booklet already devised by CN and JG that aimed to help people think about the recovery process, as this was already well received by existing service users. This booklet was based on motivational activities commonly used to improve motivation to change.
