For 48% (13/27) of managers, nursing staff buy-in was a facilitator. Nursing staff members were not only favorable to the idea, they were also motivated to actively participate in the pilot project, demonstrating a willingness to move forward with teleconsultation. One manager (M5) noted the following: The nursing staff were very open and aligned with the project. They wanted to move forward with the change. Despite initial stress, the nursing staff adapted quickly.
