The aim of this study is to examine factors associated with the nonuse of and dissatisfaction with the Finnish nationwide patient portal My Kanta Pages (My Kanta) during the COVID-19 pandemic. Only respondents who had used the internet in the past 12 months were included to examine nonuse beyond the first-level digital divide [32] caused by a lack of hardware and access to the internet.
