Exploring Generation Z and Young Millennials’ Perspectives of a Spiritual Self-Care App and Their Spiritual Identity (Skylight): Qualitative Semistructured Interview Study

Generation Z (Gen Z; those born between 1995 and 2012) and young millennials (those born between 1981 and 1996) [1], collectively referred to as Gen Zennials, are a unique population as they came of age in the digital age. This time period is characterized by the ability to easily exchange information and quickly access vast amounts of data through the internet. Gen Zennials conduct much of their lives in the digital world, using digital platforms for communication, education, finances, and more.
