Mental health service use intention by service or provider types (N=3230, with any intent n=914). Percentage reflects the percentage among all qualified respondents.
Among those who met screening eligibility for depression or anxiety, only 41.2% (n=454) indicated an intention to use any mental health services, and 33% (n=360) indicated an intention to use digital mental health services.
A small portion of the respondents (n=440, 10.9%) reported that they had used digital mental health services.

Investigating the Impact of User Trust on the Adoption and Use of ChatGPT: Survey Analysis
Therefore, this study captured users’ trust in Chat GPT and explored its impact on user intent to use the technology. Additionally, it explored its direct and indirect effects on the actual use of Chat GPT. As illustrated in Figure 1, we explored the following 4 hypotheses:
H1: User’s intent to use Chat GPT increases with their trust in the technology.
H2: The actual use of Chat GPT increases with users’ intent to use the technology.
H3: The actual use of Chat GPT increases with users’ trust in the technology.
