The Oklahoma Tobacco Helpline (OTH) was launched in 2003 to provide telephone-based tobacco cessation services to Oklahomans who want to quit smoking. The helpline is primarily funded by the Oklahoma Tobacco Settlement Endowment Trust to offer free, statewide services. OTH offers a variety of cessation services including phone counseling, automated email and text-based support, and nicotine replacement therapy (NRT, ie, nicotine patches and lozenges or gum) [9].
