Government-Nongovernmental Organization (NGO) Collaboration in Macao’s COVID-19 Vaccine Promotion: Social Media Case Study

The government in this study was defined as all authorities. We did not categorize the specific levels, instead treating all government authorities as a single entity, to gain a clear understanding of the overall position of the Macao Government in vaccine communication. This was also a practice adopted by previous research (eg, [44]).

Development of New Stringency Indices for Nonpharmacological Social Distancing Policies Implemented in Korea During the COVID-19 Pandemic: Random Forest Approach

With the declaration of COVID-19 as a worldwide pandemic on March 11, 2020 [4], the Korean government instituted its first social distancing for 2 weeks starting March 22, 2020, when the number of cases rose to approximately 100-150 daily cases [19]. The government combined testing, contact tracing, early isolation, and the free treatment of positive cases together with digital technologies without considering “lockdown” measures [20-22].

The Behavior Change Techniques Used in Canadian Online Smoking Cessation Programs: Content Analysis

The Behavior Change Techniques Used in Canadian Online Smoking Cessation Programs: Content Analysis

The Canadian government funds a comprehensive set of online provincial and national smoking cessation programs. However, little is known about how these programs are designed to influence smoking cessation behavior in relation to the BCTs and subsequently how to leverage strengths and address weaknesses. Understanding this is critical, especially in the context of an increasingly complex tobacco use landscape, so that we can reach the national goal of less than 5% tobacco use by 2035 [1].
