This qualitative cocreation study encompasses the contextual inquiry, which is the initial cocreation phase according to the Center for e Health Research and Disease Management (Ce HRes) Roadmap [33]. The Ce HRes Roadmap focuses on the development of e Health technologies, emphasizing human characteristics, the socioeconomic and cultural environment, and the technology itself as interconnected and essential factors for successful development and adoption of e Health solutions.
