Patients were included if they had a new prescription, a change of antidepressant, or a dose increase. They also had to have mastered both spoken and written Swedish language. Exclusion criteria were patients in need of inpatient care due to depression, acute suicidality, or psychotic symptoms. All exclusion criteria were individually assessed by the patient’s treating specialist in psychiatry.
Two different mobile apps were used to approach the study aim.

Two m RNA vaccines, BNT162b2 and m RNA-1273, were initially authorized as a 2-dose primary series. Optimal protection depends on completing the initial 2-dose primary series of m RNA vaccines according to recommended dose intervals, as well as receiving booster shots to counteract waning immunity and new variants [5,12-19].
