However, engaging diverse groups of survivors in digital programs continues to be a challenge [10], along with sustainably integrating digital programs into clinical survivorship care [11]. Ninety percent of US adults own a smartphone and 40%‐60% a wearable device [12,13]. As digital health programs are becoming increasingly more accessible, more strategies are needed to increase the reach of these programs, particularly as the number of cancer survivors grows annually [14].
