Breech presentation occurs in 3%-4% of singleton full-term pregnancies, and there remains controversy about the preferred mode of delivery in the clinical community [1,2]. Planned cesarean delivery (CD) in cases of breech presentation leads to a reduction in perinatal morbidity compared to vaginal breech delivery [3]. However, CD is a high-risk procedure associated with an increase in maternal morbidity and possible complications in future pregnancies [4].
