Therefore, there is a pressing need to develop affordable, low-cost ULR tools for stroke patients that support the integration of physiotherapy exercises within community health settings and at home to support recovery and increase the independence of stroke patients.
This project aimed to gather contextual and design requirements for affordable, low-cost wearables to support poststroke ULR.

These findings reveal that VR may serve as an accessible, affordable tool for students and young adults to promote well-being or lower stress levels. However, there are some limitations to the review. The included studies tend to have smaller sample sizes, which may not be representative of students as a whole. A total of 20 studies were included in the final phase of extraction. Future directions may include expanding the search criteria to include more studies that may have higher sample sizes.

Given the growing importance of the early detection of sarcopenia to prevent subsequent adverse health-related consequences, a clinical, affordable, easy-to-use tool for sarcopenia screening and diagnosis might have implications for prognosis in community-dwelling older adults.
