Know what your state laws are but also know what are your guiding principles as an organization with respect to adolescent health. Those might be in conflict. Then you have to determine what is your risk tolerance when it comes to that.

Experience and Impact of COVID-19 on a Newly Formed Rural University Medical Office: Survey Study
The author participated in a Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) grant–funded project with the Office of Health Outreach, Policy, and Education (HOPE) at the University of Missouri serving evaluation support functions. The Office of HOPE is an office at the University of Missouri that oversees and coordinates work units involved in telehealth, health policy, medical education in rural Missouri, health outreach, and health professionals’ continuing education.

We will use the eight steps of the ADAPT-ITT (assessment, decision, administration, production, topical expert, integration, training, and testing) model to adapt the intervention (Table 2) [20]. The first step in this exploratory feasibility study will involve assembling individuals to discuss questions on a specific topic.

Patients may receive instructions regarding correct administration from their health care professional or the patient information leaflet or they can find information on the internet. However, it is suspected that patients do not receive this information correctly. Indeed, a recent study has shown that Dutch health care workers do not provide their patients with correct administration instructions.
