We guess they might be scared off by the long assessment questions (24 questions) that they were required to answer before being assigned to the course(s). Another prominent subtheme that arose from the interview discussions was about the courses offered and whether they were useful for the participants in managing their psychological distress. Only participants who received services from levels 2 and 3 (16/21, 76%) commented on this topic.
