In this study, we evaluate the satisfaction of PSP with Text4 PTSI, an evidence-based intervention to improve the mental well-being and provide support to those experiencing PTSI.
We hypothesize that participants who subscribe to the Text4 PTSI program will have high user satisfaction, positive program perceptions, and receptivity, which will remain stable over time.

We propose the following research questions:
Will Text4 PTSI and Text4 Wellbeing prevent/improve the symptoms of PTSI among Alberta’s First Responders (eg, firefighters, police officers, paramedics, sheriffs, corrections officers, and emergency health care workers)?
Will Text4 PTSI and Text4 Wellbeing improve the quality of life in the community of first responders experiencing PTSI symptoms by reducing symptom burden?
