Within participants in the TG, positive mood during the day was associated with higher specific self-efficacy in the evening (b=0.15, SE 0.05, P=.005; Figure 2). Neither negative mood during the day, dissatisfaction with social contacts, nor specific self-efficacy on the previous day had any significant effect on specific self-efficacy.
