Informing mHealth and Web-Based Eating Disorder Interventions: Combining Lived Experience Perspectives With Design Thinking Approaches

All except 1 participant had received a formal eating disorder diagnosis from a health professional (5/6, 83%) and had engaged in treatment, either previously (5/6, 83%) or currently (2/6, 33%). This study adopted a combined methodology, which incorporated a design thinking approach with traditional qualitative interview research. The semistructured interview schedule is provided in Multimedia Appendix 1.
