a One participant was missing demographic information.
A total of 1022 images were collected by the participants. Approximately 3.03% (31/1022) of images contained a written description of what was eaten in English, and 0.78% (8/1022) of images contained a description written in Spanish. Images containing a description in English were included in the batches uploaded to MTurk, and the counts were assigned by the Workers.

A sample of women (at least n=30; 15 White women and 15 African American women) will be recruited from higher SES census tracts within a 15% range of the median household income in Ward 3 (median household income=US $126,184) [30]. The other participants (at least n=30; 15 White women and 15 African American women) will be recruited from lower SES census tracts within a 15% range of the median household income in Ward 5 (median household income=US $68,375) [31].
