All interview transcripts were coded using an inductive thematic analysis to characterize the participants’ perspectives regarding their interaction with Lumen [25] (Section E in Multimedia Appendix 1 provides the interview guide). This approach involved the following stages: first, 2 coauthors (CRR and EAK) read the interview transcripts to familiarize themselves with the content.
