Despite the recent surge in research, some countries, like Morocco, lack precise information on the motor skill profile of their population with ASD. Although numerous studies suggest improvements in motor performance through sensory integration [34-36], no studies, to our knowledge, directly compare the effects of a general intervention program with those of a program specifically based on a sensorimotor integration and hyperstimulation approach.

SARS-CoV-2 Surveillance in the Middle East and North Africa: Longitudinal Trend Analysis
The MENA region comprises Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, the United Arab Emirates, Yemen, Algeria, Djibouti, Egypt, Libya, Morocco, and Tunisia [10].
Responses to COVID-19 in MENA have ranged from restrictive temporary lockdowns to denial and lack of organization [6,11]. Lessons learned from the severe acute respiratory syndrome (SARS), the Middle East respiratory syndrome (MERS), and the 2009 H1 N1 outbreaks inform the current pandemic [12].

Results from these high-prevalence studies are sometimes controversial and not always applicable to low-prevalence countries such as Morocco, which have started feeling the effects of the triple demographic, epidemiological, and nutritional transition [17-19].
According to the cancer incidence data from Globocan 2018, CRC ranks as the third most common cancer in Morocco after lung and prostate cancer in men and after breast and cervical cancer in women (8.7% and 7% of all types of cancer, respectively).

In Morocco, TB remains a major problem of public health. The WHO estimates for the year 2016 indicate that approximately 36,000 people were affected with a new episode of TB, with an estimated incidence of 103 per 100,000 population [1]. The National TB Program (NTP) of Morocco reported for the same year that 31,542 patients were diagnosed with a new episode of TB, and the notified incidence was 90 per 100,000 population [4].
