This retrospective study aimed to determine the feasibility of a COVID-19 telehealth care management program using a standardized protocol of SMS text messaging for patients receiving OUD treatment in a statewide OTP network.
An OTP network based in the state of Delaware recruited patients to participate in this telehealth care management program where eligible patients are invited to connect with a care manager to monitor their COVID-19 symptoms through daily SMS text messaging communications.

Our study examined the measurement congruence between the first-available, wrist-worn Fitbit device (Flex) and the “gold standard,” waist-worn Acti Graph GT3 X, in which we employed a longer assessment period (14 days) within free-living conditions that included average day- and minute-level activity, and which also comprised a range of self-reported bouts of exercise.

A recent systematic review summarized the findings of 22 studies published between 2012 and 2015 that examined the validity and reliability of different wearable activity monitors for measuring steps, EE, and, to a lesser degree, moderate-to-vigorous physical activity (MVPA) [12].
