In Singapore, where there is high internet and mobile device penetration [8], cognitive training can be administered as a digital therapeutic (DTx) at scale. DTx are evidence-based software designed to prevent, manage, or treat health conditions [9]. They can be delivered remotely and often incorporate rewards and gamification elements to enhance adherence [10].

“Do you think the use of DTx is useful?” “Do you feel able to use DTx?” and “Do you use DTx?” were answered on a 5-point scale. Similar questions were used by Lambrecht et al [26] to investigate attitudes toward m Health (mobile health). Physical activity was assessed using the BSA questionnaire, which records the frequency, duration, and type of activity over 4 weeks, in minutes per week [40].

One new way to improve treatment adherence and psychological support for chronic diseases is the use of digital therapeutics (DTx) [8], but there are only a limited number of studies about such interventions in atopic dermatitis.
