A Smartphone Physical Activity App for Patients in Alcohol Treatment: Single-Arm Feasibility Trial
The details on the formative work conducted in developing the Fit&Sober app are available in the study by Abrantes et al [41]. We hypothesized that participants would report that using the Fit&Sober app was feasible and acceptable, while also demonstrating increase in PA and quality of life and decrease in alcohol consumption, anxiety, depression, and alcohol craving after 12 weeks of app use.
The Alcohol and Drug Partial (ADP) hospitalization program runs every day of the week from 9 AM to 3:30 PM.
