A Web-Based Tool to Report Adverse Drug Reactions by Community Pharmacists in Australia: Usability Testing Study

In a companion study, we interviewed CPs in Australia to identify barriers and facilitators to ADR reporting (the detailed methods and results of the study are published separately) [19]. On the basis of our results, we theorized that although enticements and enforcements may encourage behavioral changes toward ADR reporting, improving workflow practices and electronic ADR reporting systems may also achieve the same. These are consistent with other studies [12,20,21].
