Perceptions of the Use of Mobile Apps to Assess Sleep-Dependent Memory in Older Adults With Subjective and Objective Cognitive Impairment: Focus Group Approach

Perceptions of the Use of Mobile Apps to Assess Sleep-Dependent Memory in Older Adults With Subjective and Objective Cognitive Impairment: Focus Group Approach

The Sleep Memories app’s development, in-house testing, and evaluation are detailed in Ireland et al [21]. Sleep Memories was designed to collect information about a participant’s habitual sleep patterns, through a short survey on opening the app, and deliver the SDM task within 3 hours of the participant’s regular sleep time. After the participants respond to the questions about their sleep, the app provides a trial run, enabling participants to become comfortable with its functionalities.
