Fine-tuned Sentiment Analysis of COVID-19 Vaccine–Related Social Media Data: Comparative Study
If a subreddit becomes increasingly popular and receives a good share of upvotes, the post will appear first within a topic category. The more traffic a subreddit receives, even if it is sharing misinformation or disinformation, the higher the Reddit platform will promote it. Notably, subreddits generally have rules that community members must adhere to or risk the potential for the removal of a post or banning.

The COVID-19 pandemic is a novel coronavirus caused by a pathogen known as SARS-Co V-2 [1]. The virus, which is rapidly transmitted via respiratory droplets, was first identified in late 2019 as a potential public health threat in Wuhan, China. Since its identification, the SARS-Co V-2 has had immense adverse impacts across the globe, taking the lives of more than 6 million individuals [1].
