The study by Robinson et al [34] relied on fully self-guided web-based exercise with community feedback; the study by Tabak et al [29] integrated real-time monitoring with remote counseling; and the study by Wan et al [33] focused on a pedometer combined with an educational website. Furthermore, significant variations in participant age, baseline disease severity, and intervention support intensity collectively led to highly dispersed improvements in walking capacity.

This study defined “medication nonadherence” as a tacrolimus level 10 ng/m L.
Mc Gillicuddy et al [34] objectively measured medication time using the adherence score by Russell et al [35] Medication adherence was taking immunosuppressants within 3 hours of the dose. Doses taken within 3 hours received a full score, those taken within 6 hours received a half score, and missed doses received 0 points. Participants received daily scores from 0.0 to 1.0, which were averaged over a month.
