AI-Powered Drug Classification and Indication Mapping for Pharmacoepidemiologic Studies: Prompt Development and Validation

AI-Powered Drug Classification and Indication Mapping for Pharmacoepidemiologic Studies: Prompt Development and Validation

For each drug, a Python program looped through the top 10 results (the default number of items returned) and searched for strings matching the regular expression “[A-Z]\d{2}[A-Z]{2}\d{2}.” The first 3 characters of these strings were added to a list, and the highest frequency second-level ATC code was the choice made by the search-based algorithm. The grading of the search-based algorithm was simplified.

Scaling a Brief Digital Well-Being Intervention (the Big Joy Project) and Sociodemographic Moderators: Single-Group Pre-Post Study

Scaling a Brief Digital Well-Being Intervention (the Big Joy Project) and Sociodemographic Moderators: Single-Group Pre-Post Study

Both formats of ENHANCE, compared to a waitlist control group, increased well-being (d=0.30) and positive affect (d=0.46) and decreased stress (d=–0.55). Martin [33] tested an abridged version of ENHANCE (5 weeks instead of 12 weeks) using a pre-post design and found smaller effects on well-being (dz=0.37 vs to dz=0.67), suggesting that longer interventions may lead to larger effects [32,33].
