The objectives of our study were to (1) estimate the proportion of Canadian adolescents and adults who have used sleep wearables and identify sociodemographic predictors associated with the use of sleep wearables, (2) evaluate the perceived effects of using sleep wearables on sleep and stress levels, (3) compare the sleep profiles and sleep-related health care of wearable users and nonusers, and (4) investigate whether the use of wearables moderates the effects of anxiety symptoms on sleep duration.

On the basis of this, a third draft was developed and presented to the MC members in an online meeting in April 2023, and strategies for dissemination of the survey were also discussed. Following further revision and testing of the online version, the final version of the survey was created in English in May 2023 (Multimedia Appendix 1).
WG 1 did not apply a rigorous Delphi process to the development of the survey; for instance, the feedback was not anonymous.

The timeline starts with the profile registration. After filing the noninclusion form, the nonopposition form, the personal identifying form, the registered becomes a volunteer. The volunteer becomes a participant once the questionnaire has been completed and the stool sample returned to the investigation team.

To improve cancer treatment decision-making by addressing existing challenges in DSTs, a large European collaboration was started—the 4 D PICTURE (Producing Improved Cancer Outcomes Through User-Centered Research) project [4]. Recognizing the complexity that patients face, the consortium seeks to use design methods (particularly the Metro Mapping methodology, Figure 1) to improve care paths in oncology.

Of note, even when continuous monitoring occurs in the prehospital environment (eg, in mobile intensive care units), the data are typically not recorded or stored, as they are deemed unnecessary for immediate treatment decisions. The absence of such data, curated accordingly, hinders the ability to create accurate models and limits the potential for AI to improve emergency responses and outcomes.

Due to the difficulty in measuring real-world influences by diary, survey, or interview, scientific studies lack evidence for many hypothesized relationships between sociocultural and physical environment factors and onset or worsening of LUTS or deterioration of bladder health. To address this gap, the Prevention of Lower Urinary Tract Symptoms (PLUS) Research Consortium developed a smartphone app called “Where I Go.”

We aimed to analyze these responses to determine the most important topics and the main “sentiment” to understand the impact of the pandemic. To ensure that our findings were representative of the broader population of children and young people in England, we applied survey weights [22] to the sentiment analysis.
