Thus, a new short questionnaire for suicidal assessment, Suicide Prevention in Primary Care (Su Pr-X), was designed and validated in various treatment settings, optimized for primary outpatient care, and aimed at guiding health care professionals when interacting with patients with suicidal tendencies. Detailed information about the development [10,11] and validation [12] of the questionnaire can be found elsewhere.

After providing informed consent and completing the baseline questionnaire, patients were randomly assigned in a 1:1 ratio to the control group (usual care) or the intervention group (usual care plus the Be Prepared m Health app) using a web-based randomization system. All patients received an automated email of their group allocation. Patients were aware of their group allocation, but researchers analyzing the data and health care professionals at the hospital were kept blinded to the allocation.

The current health care and social support systems are unable to provide adequate and effective solutions to these patients.
Results from earlier studies on psychosis [6-8] supported that information and communication technology (ICT) tools in the treatment of patients with TRS would be useful. Smartphone ownership among people with schizophrenia is also relatively high and increasing [9-11].

Because of the different modes of administration of these treatments, each group receives both an injection and oral tablets. The study therefore comprises three arms: (1) a “toxin” group treated with an injection of botulinum toxin and placebo oral baclofen; (2) a “baclofen” group treated with oral baclofen and an injection of placebo botulinum toxin; and (3) a double “placebo” group treated with placebo oral baclofen and an injection of placebo botulinum toxin.

The development phase included a 4-month preparation phase, where study staff worked with a community engagement group to modify a working VR randomized controlled trial home-based protocol to a local public high school setting. The 9-month implementation phase used a “learn-as-you-go” approach with a single group pre- to posttrial design to test the implementation of the developed VR HMD school-based protocol.

The 10/66 Dementia Research Group study [25] highlights the high cost of dementia for health systems and the negative mental health impacts on women in LMICs, who are often primary caregivers for people with dementia [26]. This underscores the need for further research on dementia diagnosis and care in LMICs and for directing it effectively toward impactful decision-making.

The Dutch acute health care system faces substantial challenges due to limited resources and a rising number of patients requiring in-hospital care [1,2]. To alleviate this pressure, virtual fracture clinics have been introduced for Orthopedic and Trauma surgery patients [3]. Direct discharge (DD) is the most basic part of a virtual fracture clinic, concerning solely low-complex, isolated, stable musculoskeletal injuries.
