Participants were informed about the study, and their participation was voluntary. For online surveys, participants must agree to participate before accessing questions; for remote interviews, consent is obtained through email or verbally recorded if email is unavailable. The decision to participate or not had no consequences on the participant’s benefits.

Third, participants were asked to rate their level of agreement with and perceived clarity of the MATech definition and provide comments or revision suggestions as free text. Fourth, they were asked to familiarize themselves with the proposed terminology and provide general feedback on its completeness as free text. Next, attributes were presented to participants to rate their level of agreement with and clarity of each cluster and provide comments and suggestions.

The emails also included a sample video for participants to visualize the expected product. Participants were requested to film in portrait orientations in keeping with the main format of short videos on Tik Tok, Instagram reels, You Tube shorts, and Twitter. In addition, we advised participants to keep the videos under 30 seconds to match the average video duration on social media [21]. Participants who submitted a video were invited to create more videos within an agreed set of personalized deadlines.

However, inconsistencies in government responses may have contributed to fear and uncertainty, while strict public health measures may lead to social isolation [5].
Anxiety, depression, poor sleep quality, and psychological distress are mental health symptoms that have increased since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic [6]. Stress and poor mental health are being exacerbated by the uncertain future of the pandemic, misinformation, and social isolation brought about by physical distancing measures [7,8].

This is the current term of the Citrien program running between 2018 and 2022 [23,30]. At this time, the Citrien program aims at scaling up 3 telemonitoring concepts in a collaborative effort at all Dutch UMCs, including many of their partnering hospitals and systems.
The UMCs in the Netherlands—8 in 2019 and 7 at the moment—act as a knowledge and network partner for nonuniversity hospitals.

Among patients with COVID-19, the Randomized Evaluation of Covid-19 Therapy (ie, RECOVERY) study showed that low-dose dexamethasone reduces mortality in patients requiring supplemental oxygen therapy or invasive mechanical ventilation but not in patients without respiratory support [10]. Current COVID-19 guidelines recommend a dose of 6 mg of dexamethasone per day for 10 days when oxygen therapy is required, regardless of the level of inflammation or severity of the disease [2].

The rank of the response selected by the participant (ranging from 1=most consistent with MC to 5=least consistent with MC) for each of the response choices per case (A, B, C, and D) and for the entire MC-CAT assessment (all responses over 4 cases) were used to calculate the coefficient. Thus, this analysis aimed to determine whether the responses chosen by the participants were consistent across the 4 cases.
