This study’s participants primarily consisted of young, female health care professionals with university-level education, reflecting a demographic that makes up a significant portion of the nursing workforce. However, this concentration may limit the generalizability of findings to populations with different age distributions, gender ratios, or educational backgrounds.

The center is situated in an urban residential area with high accessibility via public transportation and provides mental health counseling services specifically for young adults, supported by licensed psychiatric professionals. As part of the counseling process, the center recommended Maum Health as a supplementary digital tool for managing mental health. Consequently, this DHI was used by 529 people over approximately 3 months, starting in September 2022.

One study highlighted that common coping strategies of young adults aged 18‐24 years included “just staying indoors” followed by “talking to people,” “maintaining a positive outlook,” and “trying to do some online school work” [13]. Another study found that children and adolescents engaged in spiritual/emotional activities; cognitive/social activities with family at home; exercise; and managing healthy sleep [14].

However, many studies on PA programs using m Health technology have mainly been conducted on young people [19-22]. Although it has also been suggested that PA can be increased in the older population using m Health technology [23], most studies have been conducted on older adults with physical diseases such as cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and obesity without cognitive dysfunction [23-25].
