This suggests that wearable technology may be more readily embraced by certain patient populations and may be influenced by factors such as perceived relevance to their recovery process, sport-specific rules and regulations, or motivational factors. This finding highlights the importance of considering individual student athlete characteristics and needs when implementing such devices in study protocols.
